I’m Terry, a 23 year-old Food Engineering student from Manchester, New Hampshire. I have a passion for food, the food industry and all that comes with it. After some personal health issues, I was inspired to study and learn more about the foods we eat and how they come to arrive on our supermarket shelves.
The more I study, and the more I understand the food industry, the more compelled I am to share this knowledge with the rest of the world. Everybody has a part to play in public education, especially in matters of health. I can only hope that my contribution is beneficial to those who read and implement it.
When I’m not reading and writing about food or nutrition, I love to get outdoors and be active. I love walking in nature, wildcrafting herbs and learning how to forage for food in different places and environments!
